深圳轨道交通4号线(龙华线)是南北走向的骨干线路,它的出现缘于 2003年6月中央政府与香港特别行政区政府共同签署的CEPA协议,该协议开启了正式在深圳市轨道交通龙华线项目引进港铁的先河,也开始了探索深港合作建设项目新模式的有益尝试。经历了攻坚克难的建设阶段,2011年6月,4号线全线开通运营,实现了市内多条轨道交通网线的无缝换乘,打破深圳原关内关外界限,体现了“深港融合”的理念。

作为轨道交通线网的大动脉,4号线有效地减轻民治、坂田、龙华区域的人流,从而缓解梅林关的交通压力,提高了市民出行的效率。而随着特区内外一体化的发展进程和龙华新区的高速发展,4号线日均载客量也由最初的二十余万激增至目前的五十余万。

为提高乘客的出行体验,港铁(深圳)公司自主大幅提前列车增编“4改6”工程,自行斥资约7亿人民币将原本4号线远期规划的六节编组列车运营方案大幅度提前执行。截至2014年8月已有半数六节编组的列车在线运营,当列车增编工程完成后运能增加了近50%。

在4号线的运营过程中,乘客的诉求始终是港铁(深圳)关注的中心。港铁(深圳)始终践行“细心听,尽心做”的服务理念,对乘客从进站到出站的每一个环节都考量入微,让乘客体验到港铁(深圳)专业、贴心的优质服务。自接管4号线一期及全线运营以来,港铁(深圳)不断从人性化角度出发,自主投资改善的设备设施和大量小型工程改造总投资就超过400万。

乘客们的每一个意见和建议,积累每一次细微的改善、每一个小小的进步,都将推动港铁(深圳)的服务向更高水准迈进。无论是香港,或是深圳,我们秉承的服务宗旨始终一致,我们的共同意愿和期许将伴随每一次优质的服务带给深圳市民。

深港融合,已经体现在地缘相近,地域的无缝对接上,轨道交通技术、运营、管理等理念的交流学习正在不断浸透,深入共赢。香港地铁公司拥有30余年地铁建设和运营方面的丰富经验,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。未来10至20年是深圳轨道交通集中大规模建设期,港铁(深圳)将继续引进香港地铁公司的管理模式和运营方案,努力发展深圳轨道交通建设,完善城市功能、疏缓交通压力、更好地满足市民出行需要。

         The MTR Corporation (Shenzhen) Limited marks a major milestone on 1 July 2010, when the Corporation officially takes over and operates phase 1 of Shenzhen Metro Longhua Line (Line 4)(from Futian Checkpoint to Children’s Palace Station). It’s a moment to be remembered, which indicates that we can bring over Hong Kong MTR’s 30 years’ railway operation experience to Shenzhen, and gradually combine it into daily operation, in which way the Corporation service concept “caring for life’s journeys” can also be implanted into the lives of the local community.

Enhance operation services and improve city competitiveness.

        Shenzhen is a city of fusion and openness with diversified living styles, and Shenzhen citizens are particularly known for their inclusiveness and flexibility. In the circumstance, we will keep close cooperation with the government and incorporate the “inclusiveness and fusion” spirit into our corporation culture, trying to build Shenzhen Metro Longhua Line as a perfect symbol of Shenzhen characteristic and Hong Kong services combination, so as to provide caring, fast and excellent services, and create more safe, reliable and comfortable travelling and living experience to all passengers.

         After completion of Shenzhen metro network phase 2, we continue looking forward to the cooperation with other metro operators, to further enhance the operation services and bring more convenience to travelling. And by developing community along the line, we aim to bring more economic benefits to the whole city and contribute to Shezhen’s sustainable development, and to create more advantageous conditions for Shenzhen metro network phase 3 construction.

Strengthen community communication and promote green travelling.

         As the Low-Carbon lifestyle concept has been widely accepted nowadays, the metro transportation system not only provides an efficient way to alleviate traffic congestions in cities, but also plays a significant role in improving city air quality and building a livable environment. We aim to promote the Low-Carbon and green travelling lifestyle through contributing to the expansion of metro network.

        In this respect, the Corporation has organized series of community activities, including “Metro lives in my heart” drawing contest, ”metro safety in campus”, etc., to enhance communication and interaction with the community along the line. Through those activities, the residents better understood the role that metro system plays in improving environment quality, thus spontaneously choose it as a green travelling style.

Promote metro life and foster metro culture.

        Metro system in its nature is a mass transit system, will surely become part of our lives and forms its own culture. We will take series of actions and attempts, to better integrate the metro system into our lives and let the metro culture become pioneer of the city culture.

        Other than community interaction, other activities, such as space decoration, business promotion, art exhibitions and special functions would also be carried out in the metro space, so as to strengthen interaction with citizens, bring more energy to the metro environment and build up a specific metro culture.

        It’s strongly believed, by means of the above efforts, Shenzhen citizens’ recognition to a metro life will gradually increase, and they can enjoy a better life which is brought by metro transportation.

Value staff growth and cultivate industry talents.

        We take the personal growth of every employee seriously. In order to build a good development environment, trainings have been arranged to all staff at every stage of their career development. I hope all our staff should keep the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility towards the industry, and show the energy of our young team. We would spare no effort in developing the industry, to train and deliver more talents for the metro industry in the Mainland of China.

       In the past six years, we’ve acted up to our ethics and plans, and have made primary achievements. The second phase of Metro Longhua Line (Line 4)(from Lianhua North Station to Qinghu Station) is under construction, and the whole line is expected to open for services in mid 2011. In the future to come, we will continue bringing Hong Kong experience to the Shenzhen operation system, to assist the government, the community and the citizens to realize its social and economic growth target. And by introducing continuous innovation, building livable environment, enhancing city competitiveness, increasing job opportunities and promoting economic growth, so as to improve Shenzhen citizens’ living standard
